Why The Grande Started
With years of combined experience & education in the health and wellness industry, we wanted to create a premier Health Club in our home town of Franklin, KY. Our team of Expert Trainers & Instructors are certified and experienced in a wide range of fitness disciplines. They are passionate about helping our members achieve their fitness goals & are available to provide personalized training programs and advice.
