Our team of expert instructors are certified and experienced in a wide range of fitness disciplines. You will find that most fitness classes are held here in our mirrored & private studio. 

Our health club includes a lower level including cardio machines, circuit training equipment, & free weights. We offer flexible hours to make your workout as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

At The Grande, we are committed to providing our members with the best possible facilities and equipment. Our health club features state-of-the-art sauna so you can level up your fitness journey.  The Sauna is included in all memberships.
